Student Responsibilities

• Maintain respectful communication with teachers and peers.
• Submit original work and avoid plagiarism.
• Use the platform for educational purposes only.
• Protect your account credentials and report unauthorized access.

Teacher Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and high-quality educational content.
• Respond to student queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all shared materials comply with South African educational standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.

Subscriptions for Students

Students may join Eduza at their discretion and agree to the subscription fee set by their chosen school. Additionally, students can opt for our premium content subscription for R9 per month, which includes:

• Access to recommended videos, study guides, and books.
• Notes, previous exams, memos, worked examples, and study strategies.
• Coverage of all subjects and grades.

If you join a school, you can choose to continue or cancel this premium subscription at any time.

The subscription period is month-to-month, and your billing cycle begins on the day of your payment. For example, if you pay on the 12th, your next payment is due on the 12th of the following month. If payment is not received by the due date, your subscription will end, and you will lose access to the service until payment is made. If you resume payment after a missed month, you may lose access to content for the months you did not pay for. To ensure uninterrupted access and stay up-to-date, maintain an active subscription.

Parental Access

Parents can log in to monitor their child's progress, but access must be explicitly granted by the student. Eduza does not control or mediate this access.
